Sutton Cottage is a beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated cottage, with a spacious reception area with open-plan sitting room and cosy wood burning stove, along with kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen opens into a large garden room with dining area. The garden room has french doors leading onto a sun terrace, perfect for 'al-fresco' dining. The garden is fully enclosed and 'dog-friendly', and there is also a wonderful summerhouse to relax in should the weather be too hot! There are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single 'bunk style' bed, and a beautifully fitted bathroom with rainfall shower.
Sutton Cottage is set back from the road and has a large frontage with space for two cars. The driveway is shared with neighbouring Gardener's Cottage, which is also available to book (sleeps 6+1). Subject to availability, larger parties could book both cottages together.
Additional Information Sutton Cottage and Garden Cottage can be booked together, subject to availability - ideal for families and friends wishing to enjoy a Norfolk break. One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
