Springbank is a lovely house with wonderful, far reaching views towards the sea over the saltmarsh. The accommodation is ‘upside down’ with the sitting room on the first floor to take advantage of the views. It even has a telescope so you can enjoy stargazing or bird watching from the comfort of the sitting room. The first floor deck is the most perfect place for a sundowner. On the ground floor the modern kichen and dining area are bright, spacious and well-equipped. With three double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath or shower room, this is a perfect property for a group of couples or a family. Springbank welcomes dogs, and is in a great location for walking from your front door. Being just five minutes' walk from the bustling quayside and town, and on the coastliner bus route to take you further afield, there are plenty of options whatever your interests.
