Sea Holly Cottage is one of our most popular properties, particularly with walkers and bird watchers. With a south-facing aspect, the cottage is situated just off the North Norfolk Coastal path making it the perfect location for a short break or longer stay. It's central location provides easy access to all the local amenities, pubs and restaurants, which are so abundant in this pretty village.
Boasting superb views across the marsh to the famous coal barn, it has been thoughtfully and carefully designed to maximise light and space, whilst offering stylish and comfortable accommodation with some unique pieces of furniture.
Offering spacious open-plan living to the ground floor with wooden flooring throughout, a comfortable sitting area with contemporary wood burning stove, dining area, comprehensive range of kitchen units, cloakroom and utility room. It also has a custom-designed staircase leading to the first floor where all the rooms have vaulted ceilings and tongue and groove panelling, giving it a lovely seaside feel. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a family bathroom. There is ample parking and the rear garden is fully-enclosed, with a wall and attractive willow fencing, safe for children and dogs.
