Quietly located, only a two minute walk through the cul-de-sac and you are onto the Branodunum fields (ideal and safe for dog walks) bringing you to the coastal path. A left turn and a short walk brings you to The Ship pub/hotel/restaurant and onto a scenic walk to Brancaster's beautiful sandy, dog friendly beach. A right turn and a fifteen minute walk brings you to the picturesque and bustling sailing harbour of Brancaster Staithe where you can buy fresh local seafood and call in at The Jolly Sailors pub or The White Horse for locally brewed ales and award-winning food. And back at home, the south-facing, enclosed courtyard with shade, will keep your children and four-legged friends safe while you relax as the sun goes down.
With perfect walking opportunities and bird watching at the nearby RSPB nature reserve at Titchwell, you are perfectly located to explore the whole of the North Norfolk coast.
