On entering the front door there is a handy 'boot room' with spacious utility and a generous shower room with large walk-in shower - perfect for when you come back from the beach and need to clean up sandy bodies and toes. From the rear hallway, stairs (wide, steep and straight, with handrail) lead to the first floor where you will find three further delightful bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite shower room.
There are large, private gardens to the back of the cottage with access to the village tennis courts from the top of the garden, so don't forget to pack your rackets if you like to play.
