Nearly three hundred years old, this pretty brick and flint cottage is undeniably compact, but it is warm, comfortable and well-equipped. The south facing sitting room enjoys views across pretty cottage gardens to the open landscape beyond and has a feature fireplace with wood burning stove to ensure you stay super toasty in cooler months, as well as a dining area just made for special fireside suppers. The kitchen is fully fitted with hand made units and all modern appliances, and has a useful, adjoining utility room. Upstairs there are two sunny bedrooms (a double and twin) and bathroom with shower. The beds have luxurious goose down duvets and lovely white linen - so tempting at the end of a busy day. The garden at the rear of the cottage is a true delight - fully enclosed, sheltered and sunny - a lovely, safe spot for children to play and somewhere to enjoy a quiet afternoon with a good book.
