A twenty minute drive north and you’ll come across the fantastic sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, where you can tuck yourself away in the dunes and enjoy long summer days sunbathing.

There is under floor heating downstairs and electric panel radiators upstairs.
Care must be taken when children use the mezzanine level. The ladder is extremely steep with narrow treads, and there are low beams on the mezzanine.
Please request on booking if you wish to use the beds on the mezzanine level. The twin beds on the landing will be made up as standard.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are wooden and there is a handrail on one side.
