Jane's Cottage is the perfect bolthole at any time of year. A traditional 200-year-old flint faced cottage, situated in a quiet loke just off Blakeney quayside, it is ideal for couples or a small family looking for a coastal escape.
Beautifully restored to a very high standard with quality furnishings and fittings, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove – perfect for those chillier evenings, and a very well-equipped kitchen if you’re looking to stay in and cook up a storm. If not, the popular quayside is less than a minute's walk away, where there are several lovely places to eat.
Blakeney is a very popular holiday destination with plenty to do right on the doorstep, but if you feel like adventuring a little further afield, you will find the pretty coastal villages of Cley-next-the-Sea, Morston and the Georgian market town of Holt within a few miles.
Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. The heating is electric. Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are carpeted, have a solid hand rail on one side, and have reduced head clearance. Please note: there is no parking at the cottage, but there are three car parks in Blakeney available for visitors: Village Hall Car Park (Langham Road), Coronation Car Park (High Street) and Carnser Car Park (Quayside).
