Holly House is a beautiful period property situated on the leafy Georgian square 'The Buttlands', in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, an historic fishing port and popular seaside resort on the North Norfolk coast.
The property has a contemporary and fresh style, with quality bathrooms and kitchen. The ground floor is open-plan providing very spacious accommodation.
On the edge of the Buttlands between The Globe and The Edinburgh, this is a perfect base from which to walk and explore Wells and all its nooks and crannies. Holly House is joined on either side by Holly Cottage (sleeps four) and Holly Lodge (sleeps six). All three are completely self-contained and have private secure gardens which are individually fenced. Booked together they would make an excellent base for larger groups.
