Upstairs there is A master bedroom, double bedroom with distant sea views and a third bedroom with multi-sleeper comprising a double bed with single bunk over. There is a spacious luxury bathroom with a roll top bath, corner walk-in shower and under-floor heating. The rear garden has been beautifully landscaped and is fully enclosed with a large central lawn and sun terrace ideal for 'al-fresco' dining and complete with a herb garden.
Gardener's Cottage is set back from the road the road and has a large frontage with parking for two cars. The driveway is shared with Sutton Cottage, both properties can be booked simultaneously for larger bookings.
