The setting for Friendship Cellar is second to none, with its sea views across the harbour and light and airy aspect, you couldn’t wish for more.
This stunning reverse level house is exceptional. Floor to ceiling windows let the light flood into the first-floor open plan living area, where comfortable seating provides a place to relax. A telescope is also provided, watch the ebb and flow of the tide from your stylish abode.
The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating for guests to enjoy a meal cooked in the modern Shaker kitchen where nothing is amiss. The central kitchen island has bar stools for those who wish to sit and share the days adventures with the cook. Stay on the first floor as two of the bedrooms are also on this level; the stunning master bedroom boasting two Juliet balconies, a dressing area and fabulous en-suite; and a twin room, also with its own en-suite and Juliet balcony.
Head downstairs for two more bedrooms, both of which open out to the pleasant walled garden, the family bathroom with its bath and shower cubicle and the utility room with a shower too, making the house great for friends or families alike due to the ample facilities provided. Add to this a triple garage with rare parking for up to three cars, and you really couldn’t wish for more.
Head into Coverack for a day on the beach, swimming and building sandcastles or enjoy a meal out in one of the great pubs or restaurants in the area. The coastal path is there to explore so if you fancy a good stomp with scenic views, pull on your boots and head to the headland. Further afield is The Lizard, Britain’s most southerly point and definitely worth a visit.
