The cottage comprises a spacious family room with wood burning stove and french doors leading outside to the garden, and there is an air hockey table for guests to enjoy whilst watching the 49" television. The bright well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with its farmhouse table and chairs, range cooker, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer leads through to the family dining room with comfortable seating for eight guests. There is a cosy sitting room which has a 49" television and is the perfect room for relaxing with a good book, through which is the ground floor, dual aspect double bedroom, ideal for guests with limited mobility.
Also on the ground floor is a shower room with wash basin and WC, a separate cloakroom with wash-basin and WC and a fully equipped utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor are three further bedrooms, the first being a spacious king-size double, accessed through which is an attractive twin bedroom. Across the landing is a double bedroom and a separate family bathroom.
Outside is an enclosed, large lawned garden, a decked patio area complete with garden furniture, and the tiny Win River trickles past.
Additional Information A travel cot, highchair and portable stair gate are available on request (linen not provided). Up to two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Guest may bring their own barbecue trays to use at the bottom of the garden, near to the decked area.
