Overlooking the sea in the charming fishing village of Coverack, Dolphins is a beautiful and well designed ‘upside-down’ house, ensuring those spectacular, panoramic sea views out to Chynhalls Point and beyond are taken full advantage of. Flooded with natural light, the spacious, loft living accommodation is open-plan with state-of-the-art kitchen, exposed beams and modern sitting room with a contemporary wood burning stove. The sea views are simply magnificent.
Downstairs, the master bedroom has the most breath-taking sea view and its own doors out to the patio area. This room has a super-king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two further bedrooms also enjoy sea views. A family shower room and useful utility room are also downstairs.
Outside, the terraced garden is well-stocked with tropical plants. Steps lead from the slate, sun-trap patio to a sun house, perfect for a quiet escape or maybe a spot of yoga.
Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. Cot and highchair available on request. Please note - There is a flight of 14 steps down to the front door from the parking area and the patio drops onto the terraced garden.
