Set back from the road with gated access, this property is a relaxed and charming conversion of a Victorian flint and brick coach house. This beautiful property has been stylishly renovated to provide a retreat for up to 11 guests wishing to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea. Fabulously located in the centre of this popular village with its excellent pubs and restaurants and the harbour and sandy beach in walking distance too, you couldn't pick a better spot for a short break or longer holiday.
The Coach House is well-proportioned and spacious and offers five bedrooms; two on the ground floor and three on the first floor, both of which are served by their own large family bathrooms, plus there is a wet room on the ground floor too. The layout is ideal for two families wanting to holiday together as the sleeping arrangements offer a degree of privacy and separation, plus there is a playroom (meaning little ones can entertain themselves adjacent to the sitting room!). And with so much garden to run around in too, they will be tired little ones by the time bed time comes!
With painted floorboards, a beautiful kitchen with Aga (plus a conventional oven and hob) and a lovely light, bright dining area with doors opening onto the large side garden and outside terrance, this is a wonderful house whatever time of year you plan to holiday. And if the weather isn’t being so kind, then there is an open fire and Smart televisions and a DVD player to snuggle down in front of too. . However, with so much to do and see and do in Thornham, you may not feel the inclination to leave this lovely house or village. But if you can drag yourself away, then just a few miles down the road is Brancaster’s famous beach with its and sand dunes and championship golf course and there are sailing facilities at Brancaster Saithe. Plus you have HM The Queens' Sandringham residence and the RSPB bird reserve at Titchwell reserve in close proximity, the latter of which you can walk to.

There is parking for up to five cars in the large driveway, so great if you are a group of friends travelling separately.
There is a boot room for storing walking boats, wellies and coats and a utility room which has a washing machine/tumble dryer.
Please note: Dogs are welcome (maximum of two) which are charged at £50 per dog per stay. Highchairs travel cots and a stairgate are available to hire on request at a charge of £10 per item per stay.
