Electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. TV with freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: The beach is dog friendly but they must be kept on a lead in certain areas of the beach during 9am and 5pm in July and August.
