There is also a snug with a second wood burning stove, a conservatory with seating and views of the garden; and also a useful utility/cloakroom and boot room. The house is ideal for families, with a playroom, a separate games room with table football and air hockey; and in the large garden a treehouse, sunken trampoline, swings and a natural wood chipped play area providing lots of fun for younger guests.
The bedrooms include a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom with shower, a second king-size double, a twin bedroom and a children's bedroom with twin bunk beds.
The village of Winfrith Newburgh is ideally situated for trips to Lulworth, Durdle Door and the nearby towns of Dorchester and Wareham. The delights of Wareham Forest, Corfe Castle, Purbeck, and Weymouth are also all within easy reach.
