A fabulous, stylish barn conversion set in stunning open countryside, with long distance views, yet only a short walk away from the coast.
Bromholm Barn is a 200-year-old brick and flint character barn that has undergone a total refurbishment and offers extremely comfortable. well-equipped and luxurious accommodation. With two bedrooms (both have super-king beds with twin option) and two bathrooms, an open-plan living space and private, enclosed courtyard garden, this is a super spot (a perfect romantic getaway) that will appeal to couples, friends or a small family at any time of the year.
Incorporated into the barn walls are stones from the 13th century ruins of Bromholm Priory, mentioned in Chaucer's 'A Reeve's Tale' and once believed to be home to the True Cross, a really special feature. Another is the 'Soul Pad' tent which is available for use in high summer months.
A great get-away-from-it-all rural retreat, somewhere to relax and wind down, but also a comfortable base from which to explore this lovely area of Norfolk - there is easy access to local beaches, wonderful coastal and rural walks, and country lanes to explore on foot or bike.
Please note: Bromholm Barn is not detached; parts of the barn adjoin the adjacent Big Sky Barn which also sleeps four and can be booked in conjunction with Bromholm Barn for larger groups (if available).
Additional Information: A welcome hamper of delicious home made goodies and local produce is provided on arrival. One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Access Note: There is a ramp to the front door. There is a wetroom.
