April Cottage is a cosy, spacious character cottage situated in the heart of the popular village of Ringstead, just three miles from the coast.
Just a few doors down from the amazing well stocked 'emporium' village shop and the ever-popular pub/restaurant, The Gin Trap Inn, April Cottage is an ideal escape for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches and rural North Norfolk. It is particularly dog friendly, and the large fireplace with wood burning stove and well equipped kitchen make it comfortable what ever time of year. A downstairs shower room in addition to the upstairs bathroom are another bonus. The fully enclosed garden is a charming place to sit while away time any time of day or indeed year.
There are miles of glorious walks from the doorstep, such as Ringstead Downs and Courtyard Organic farm walks. Plus Peddars Way path goes right through the village, a 49 mile Roman Road route covering beautiful Norfolk countryside. You are only a short drive away from the coast, and the stunning beaches of Holme-next-the-Sea and Old Hunstanton, where you'll also find the renowned golf course.
