Step out of the studio and it is a pleasant fifteen minute walk along the river into Lymington town or the marina and less than five minutes walk to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal from where you can catch the train into Lymington Town and then on to the main line station of Brockenhurst. There is also a popular pub and a nine hole golf course nearby.
