A short drive or pleasant walk along the lane brings you into Slapton, with its village pubs and shop and a little further on you;re on Slapton beach. The nearby South West Coastal Path provides some beautiful walks and a visit to the historic port of Dartmouth, the market town of Kingsbridge and the yacht haven of Salcombe are all great days out. Please Note, that owing to the quite steep steps leading down to the property, which can be slippery when wet this cottage isn't suitable for the elderly or those with walking disabilities.
