Kittiwake is a thoughtfully refurbished Victorian cottage sleeping up to four guests. A short stroll from the cottage takes you into the heart of Lymington, with its cobbled quay leading leads down to the waters edge where the local fishing boats offload their daily catch. Lymington High Street has an array of independent shops, cafes and eateries, and the ancient Saturday charter market, with its vast selection of stalls, is well worth a visit. The Lymington sea water baths, with inflatable course and kayak/paddle board hire, is close by, and for a more energetic walk or cycle, continue along the sea wall and enjoy the views across the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. For an exciting day out, take the train from Lymington Town station and board a ferry to the Isle of Wight! The beautiful New Forest National Park is within a 10 minute drive with miles of heathland to explore - enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys.
