The Cyder House is a delightful traditional cottage nestles in the centre of the pretty village of South Pool, not far from the sandy beaches of the Salcombe estuary. The picturesque village, which has an excellent pub is located at the head of a quiet tidal creek leading to the Salcombe estuary, so is perfect for those who like messing about on their own boats. The cottage is a pleasing mixture of modern facilities and traditional touches with a comfortable sitting room featuring a wood burner stove set in an original stone fireplace and a modern shaker style kitchen diner. A winding stone staircase leads up to the four comfortable bedrooms with master en suite and a large family bathroom. Behind the cottage steps lead up to a sunny terrace with garden furniture and built in barbecue with views of the village over the rooftops. Please note as this is a traditional cottage there are low beams and door ways (Please see pictures).
