Bearscombe sits a mile and a half from Kingsbridge which has shops, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. Estuary access for watersports enthusiasts is less than half a mile, and there are miles of scenic paths and lanes to explore. Half an hour away sits the historic town of Dartmouth and beautiful Dartmoor is a fourty minute drive away, and Woodlands leisure park is a great family day out. For golfing enthusiasts there are 3 courses within 10 miles, all of which offer a great challenge and are very welcoming to guests. The glorious coastline of the South Hams offers walks and beaches with breathtaking scenery, including Burgh Island.
