Foodies should head to the nearby Town Mill Complex in Mill Lane, just off Coombe Street, where as well as a working mill, pottery, art gallery, local brewery and cafe/tearooms there is an energetic River walk. Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent Jurassic Coast, it's known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it's easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby.
