Bank Voles Nest is a well equipped semi-detached bungalow set in a small exclusive complex of 12 similar privately owned properties, all enjoying the well maintained grounds, the enclosed heated swimming pool (open between May - September) and the pleasant patio/seating areas immediately outside the property. This hidden collection of cottages is ideally situated just 2.5 miles from the historic fishing village of Polperro, and the lively harbour town of Looe with its sandy beach and bustling streets. Talland Bay is only 1.3 miles away (a 30 minute walk) and most other areas are easily accessible by bus, which you can hop on at the end of the drive. A wonderful property to either sit by the pool and thoroughly relax, or to venture out and explore Cornwall's delights, then return to this welcoming tranquil Granite Henge retreat. Please Note: NO children under the age of 2 are permitted onsite. Children aged 2 to 4.5 years old are permitted onsite, but may not use the pool. Children must have adult supervision onsite/in the pool at all times.
