With all of the amenities of this unspoilt coastal town right on the doorstep, this attractive cottage offers comfortable and well equipped accommodation just a stone's throw from the the seafront promenade, beach and gardens. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for a traditional seaside break. The nearby local Museum displays artifacts related to the towns literary connections and provides a crash course in local history, its geology, and of course Mary Annings story (now a film). Foodies should head to the nearby Town Mill Complex in Mill Lane, just off Coombe Street, where as well as a working mill, pottery, art gallery, local brewery and cafe/tearooms there is an energetic River walk. Wander through Langmoor and Lister gardens and you have far reaching views of the famous Lyme Cobb, harbour and Jurassic Coast. A short stroll away is HIX Oyster & Fish House with a large terrace wrapped around the informal, light and airy dining room, the perfect place to enjoy some locally sourced fish and seafood.
