The apartment is located in a very sought after and iconic building and is within easy walking distance to the towns pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to lovely sandy beaches. The property, which overlooks the estuary, communal gardens and swimming pool, has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens, use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times and strictly for use of guests of 'The Salcombe' only) and a mooring berth (Easter until October 31st).
