The coastal path passes behind the cottages and from here there are miles of superb walking along the path that stretches from Dartmouth to Salcombe along craggy cliffs that dip into sandy coves. Lannacombe beach, a few minutes from the cottage, is a wide sandy bay at low tide, and is a favourite with surfers and families alike. Walking, swimming, surfing and rock pooling are just some of the joys of this location or simply enjoy the peace and spectacular views from the cottage and garden at any time of the year.
