Furthermore there is the Zen Garden, where you can unwind to the sound of wind chimes before soaking in the hot tub and clearing your airways in the infra-red sauna. For a truly indulgent stay, you can choose from one of over 30 therapies in the treatment centre. Please note that the centre is also open to non-residents, so advanced booking is required (additional cost).
