The Hall was built in 1816 and today is a fully refurbished elegant country house mansion. As you pass through the wrought iron gates beside the lodge, and sweep down the long drive between the lawns, to the house set in 38 acres of gardens, wooded parkland and meadows bordered by the River Weaver. The Rookery Hall Hotel bears more than a passing resemblance to a French chateau, but the genuine northern welcome you receive will soon dispel any misconceptions.
